After watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", I knew that I needed to go on a juice fast as well. I have OAS (Oral Allergy Sydrome), which is when you are allergic to some RAW fruits and veggies. If I eat the wrong foods without cooking them, I experience watery itchy eyes, itchy mouth and throat and coughing. I have no life treatening allergies. I'm hoping that this juice fast will not only help me lose weight, but also get rid of my OAS.

Day 10 - FOOD ADDICTION IS REAL!
My name is Kim, and I'm a food addict.
I've been dealing with my food addictions But no matter what, I'm going to do this Juice Fast and I'm going to BEAT my food addictions!
