Day 9
I have to get my water in and exercising today. So I'm going to drink 2 liters of water today and go for a walk after I pick up the kids. I know this is essential for weigh loss and cleaning.
Breakfast: 7:30am
Lemon Ginger Blast Green Juice
The habanero is a powerful pepper. Just little is enough.
No Lunch (bad bad bad)
Dinner: 8:05pm
A mixture of juices
Didn't plan well. I left the house and didn't pack or plan well. I came home very weak, very agitated, and very sleepy. I have to do better with this. 4-5 juices, water and exercise is what I need!
