Lemon Ginger Blast w/Green Juice
Small OAS reaction - a little coughing and itchy eyes
I am so full of energy today. I'm going to clean my house from top to bottom and then maybe go outside for a walk. I'm even typing faster, lol. I love this feeling! I'm sleeping great and the cravings have decreased.
Lunch 12:45pm (20oz)
Mixed fruits and veggies, including beets. No OAS reaction. :)
